Project Overview
This project involved the transformation of an outdated commercial structure into a modern corporate office. The goal was to reimagine the building while retaining its original framework — a task that required thoughtful design interventions to balance proportional integrity with a contemporary aesthetic.
Design & Execution
The client envisioned a sleek, modern façade that would stand out in its urban context. To achieve this, we utilized Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and glass cladding — materials selected for their visual sharpness, durability, and low maintenance. The primary challenge was integrating the new design within the constraints of the existing building. Precise attention was given to the alignment, symmetry, and scale to ensure the transformation felt intentional and cohesive.

Material Strategy & Functional Upgrades:
• ACP and glass provided a modern envelope while enhancing thermal performance and longevity.
• Strategic upgrades were made to optimize natural light, internal circulation, and work efficiency — all without altering the core structure.

Interiors & Aesthetics:
Inside, the office space was redesigned for flexibility and clarity, supporting a professional work environment. Clean lines, neutral tones, and refined materials created a modern workspace that aligns with the company’s corporate identity.

Outdoor Expression:
The new façade gives the building a refreshed architectural identity. The design reflects minimalism and precision, setting the office apart from its earlier form and elevating its presence in the urban fabric. It is a testament to how adaptive reuse can offer both economic and aesthetic value.
