Project Overview
Strategically located in the fast-growing Sevasi area of Vadodara, this corner plot is uniquely defined by road access on all four sides and a canal on the west. Such an open site provided an excellent opportunity to design a 100% Vaastu-compliant facility without compromise, aligning perfectly with the client's requirements.
Design & Execution
The facility functions as both the corporate office and warehouse for Ameya Perfomatt Pvt. Ltd, a company dealing in industrial chemicals. It also houses the office of Ameya Design Initiatives, a design and architectural firm behind the project. Given the client's urgency for project delivery, a combination of pile foundation and pre-engineered building (PEB) systems was adopted to fast-track construction while ensuring structural efficiency.
Material Efficiency
To achieve optimal thermal comfort and cost-efficiency:
• The roof was insulated with glass, while gypsum false ceilings helped reduce indoor heat gain.
• Aerocon fly ash bricks were chosen for wall construction — lightweight, eco-friendly, and curing-free, significantly reducing labour and construction time.
Interiors & Aesthetics
The interiors were designed to be both functional and uplifting. Custom wall paintings were integrated to infuse vibrancy into the workspace, creating a motivating environment for employees while maintaining a professional tone.
Outdoor Expression
The exterior reflects a straightforward, purpose-driven design, embodying simplicity, efficiency, and Vaastu principles. The result is a facility that supports operational efficiency while visually setting a professional tone in the industrial landscape.
